"Just spoke with a social worker who is outraged by Obama and Sebelius’ stance on Plan B. He has seen countless cases of young girls being sexually abused by their fathers or other male family members in enabling homes where they can’t turn to their mothers for help in preventing pregnancy. Not allowing them to access Plan B is sentencing them to incestuous impregnation. This is the extreme case, but it’s happening here in New York and across the country."

Sidra Humayun is a woman from Pakistan who has been working at War Against Rape (WAR) as a volunteer due do the domestic violence she experienced in her past marriage. “Due to lack of funding, WAR cannot afford to give me a salary. However, I continue to work with WAR as a volunteer because I am truly committed to my work and towards helping victims of sexual violence.”
